Lobster Bisque dinner

Date: 28th July 09
Venue: Home
Time: 7pm

Another lobster day. Today is lobster bisque. I used the leftover of the lobsters (mainly lobster head) to cook the bisque and the preparation time and cooking time were fairly long compare to the lobster dinner we had on the other day. I started cooking the bisque at about 3pm and the taste was mamamia!

served with bruschetta with tomato and basil
Happy dinner!

Another happy dining out!

Date: 2nd July 09
Time: 6.10pm
Venue: Gorey, St. Martin (Restaurant Ingalills)

We chose to dine out in the Sweedish restaurant today.

Koppaberg Pear cider. Very rich and refreshing taste of pear cider I ever tried. Highly recommended!

Raggmunk: Sweedish potato pancake with sour cream

Sweedish Grill Pork. Taste good but a bit too hard to cut and the butter knife they give for cutting does not help at all. The vege side dish is very nice though.

Haddock with potatoes- good but nothing excited.

Gorey habour in low tide.
Another happy day!

2 of us + possy cat

This is Possy- the cat of our landlady that always make both of us happy. She was having sun bath in the good British summer weather.
Date taken: 1st July 09
